This hotel is a good price and great for people that just need a room to sleep. The breakfast was very minimal; cheerios and inexpensive pre-packaged danishes, coffee. The rooms needed updating, especially the bathrooms. We stayed in at an America's Best Value Inn in Crescent City, CA recently and it was a much nicer, updated accomodation.
I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Friendly and helpful office manager. Shops and restaurants across the road. Not expensive.
Poor breakfast (just to take a biscuit and some coffee which has to be eaten in your room).
The location was great - less than a mile from the family reunion. It was close to restaurants and shopping.
Was close, quick, and clean for about the right price, and we enjoyed the accomodtions except for the fuzzy older T V picture.
I like the location and the price.
The bathroom floor was sticky. The room had an odd smell (a bit like stale cigarette smoke). When I returned home and unpacked my clothes, the smell had permeated the clothes in my bag and I had to wash everything including a sweater I hadn't worn. Even taking this into consideration, I would still stay there again because of price and location.
The hotel was very old. Mattress was worn out. It was clean and the people were nice. The breakfast was poor,a packaged roll an s coffee. We travel a lot and stay in hotels. I would not stay at this location again. For the price, we could have nicer accomidations
The staff is great. Always letting me check in early if i need too.
The attendant at the front desk, Barat was exceptional partaining to cust. Service.
Possibly it would be beneficial to have cutains in the bathroom window.
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff
Bathroom light didn't work properly, shower door didn't latch, electrical outlet was not working (room 10 I think)
The price is obviously right and the location to downtown was great. The "king" size bed was actually almost "king" which was nice. It was quiet and the room was ok.
It is very old. Although the staff did a good job cleaning the carpet and bed it needed paint very badly. It was not that clean everywhere else. The shower was old and had mold. No shelf in the shower, the fridge was luke room, the ice maker didn't work, the bathroom door was broken the shower door did not close right. Corners of the room, especially bathroom not clean.
The wifi signal was strong and fast. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and granola bars. A small touch, but more than most hotels offer.
Close to downdown livermore. very easy access to shops and restaurants.
should have cost less.
That I was able to get a refund.
There are better and cheaper motels than this place. The pictures for this place are not up to date. I requested a refund after seeing the condition of the room. Honestly these are the kind of motels that they make fun of in movies. Creepy, dingy, gross bedding that has been very used, painted shut windows (really?), paper thin walls, oh ya and 2 kid size waters and 2 chewy bars which I'm not sure if they were complimentary or not lol and the free continental breakfast is cereal in a gumball dispenser (seriously!) Leave this place for the loud trash, and coming and going hookers! Honestly, with the traffic they're getting my bad review is not going to hurt them! Oh yes and I almost forgot, I booked a room with a king size bed for my bf and I only to check in and find out they gave my room away but have a room with 2 double beds. Oh, gee thanks my bf and I were totally planning on sleeping in separate beds! WTFrack?!! O ya and offered nothing to compensate... Awesome!
It was a quaint inn that was available when I could not find a room anywhere else.
Small and cluttered. I was less than effective for me to do the work I am accustomed to doing on the road.
The place was ok. It looked and probably was a bit old, but the location was great. We looked for a place just before san fran, and this was a great choice. It was at the end of a cosy street with restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Appartently a lot of people live her that commute to San fran. It takes you an hour by car or 45 minutes with bart
